From Italy to Hadrian’s Wall

On Friday, we had a Geography day where we explored countries in the Mediterranean, focusing particularly on Italy. We tried different italian cheeses like mascarpone, parmesan, mozarella and dolcelatte – with some children trying (and enjoying!) all of them!

In History we have been learning about Hadrian’s wall and what it would be like to be a soldier building it and living within the fort. We wrote letters as one of these soldiers, explaining what it felt like, to family.
